Kava is used by some cultures similar to the way that alcohol is used to reduce stress and anxiety. Kava is one the herbs that can be helpful for those that have difficulty sleeping time to time and can really get the job done when used appropriately.
This combination of herbs is the sledgehammer to a night of insomnia. The combination of skull cap, valerian, passionflower, gotu kola, California poppy and hops are extremely soporific.
